Do you offer installation service for your EV chargers?
We do not provide ourselves installation service for our chargers. However, we work with a large network of experienced installators and distributors who can work with you to deter;ine the best location for your charger and handle all aspects of the installation process.
Do you only provide EV charging products?
At the moment yes. Our products panel for Europe only include EV chargers. However, we aim to scale our solutions according to our partners and customers. Are your EV chargers compatible with every Vehicle?
All our EV chargers have a Type2 connectors and therefore applicable for the vast majority of scenarios in Europe. Moreover, we provide our EV charger with different options, including tethered or socket version, compliant for each country regulations.
What types of EV chargers do you offer?
We offer a range of EV chargers including Level 1, Level 2, and DC fast chargers. Our Level 1 chargers are ideal for home use, while our Level 2 and DC fast chargers are designed for commercial use.
Can your EV chargers be used for commercial applications?
Yes, our EV chargers are suitable for commercial applications and can be used in parking lots, office buildings, and other public areas.
What is the warranty on your EV chargers?
Our EV chargers come with a standard 2-year warranty. We also offer extended.
